100% return guarantee on new products
We offer a full return guarantee on all new products, excluding promotional items. Sale items are excluded from this guarantee.

No refunds for clearance sale items.
Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for refunds. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even for a wrong size.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. FitEase does not refund return shipping costs and is not liable for any costs incurred during the return process. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Deadline for return notification.
Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Please respect this deadline to be eligible for a return.

Exchanges of sale items.
Sale items cannot be exchanged, even with incorrect sizing. Please make sure you choose the correct size before making a purchase.

100% warranty on defective items
We offer a full warranty on all defective items. If a product has manufacturing defects, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Return Process

Obligation to provide a return form.
Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed. Be sure to include this form with your return to ensure proper processing of your request.
